*brouse the image
*select the magnet lasso tool
*Before selecting the area write some values in feather. More the values more the boundries will be invisible Fig 115
Click file and then click new. You can take any size of picture. Here I am using 4x6 size
*press ctrl and drag drop that selected picture in the blank picture
* you will get the resulted picture as shown in figure 117
You can also use rectangular marquee tool, elliptical marquee tool with this feature by setting the value of feather before selecting the image. Just as shown in fig 118 & 119.
